What is the Return Policy?
At LaVie, we strive to make your breastfeeding journey easy. As part of that, we want to make sure that you have a great working product and a fast and easy return process.

Do the Products Have a Warranty?
If the product is defective, we offer a 1 year warranty and will quickly provide replacement with shipping in the U.S. free of charge. For international customers we provide a free replacement, however shipping costs are not included. If we have a distributor or reseller in or near your country we will try to arrange for the replacement directly from there to minimize time and cost.
Is the product not helping you?
We want to help you reach your goals as best we can. Get in touch with us so we can help provide guidance for getting the most out of it, or we can try to exchange it for a different product that might help you better.
