LaVie Shipping Policy

At LaVie, we understand the urgency of the delivery of our products. While we do everything we can to ensure a prompt and efficient order processing, we are experiencing longer than usual shipping deliveries due to USPS COVID delays. Once the package leaves our facility, we do not have much control over the shipping times, however we will do everything we can to ensure you get your products.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Through USPS we can ship to P.O boxes, APO and FPO addresses. APO and FPO locations that are not within the Continental U.S. may experience longer times similar to international first class mail.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Once your order is shipped you will immediately receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update. We have seen some cases where tracking does not update by USPS however the package is moving in the system. It may take a little longer to update and scan in those cases.

Late or lost shipments

Domestic shipments will be evaluated as lost or late after the 20-day shipment period. After this time, we can provide you the option of a refund or replacement shipment.

International shipments will be evaluate as lost or late after the 60-day shipment period. After this time we will process a refund for your shipment.

Customs, duties, and taxes

LaVie is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

LaVie is not liable for any products damaged. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
