Before you return your order:

Please get in touch with us first so we can better help you. If there is an issue with the product, or you just want to return it, we will help make the process easy. 

How to return your order:

In order to return your order it must be within 30 days of purchase on our website. See Breast Pump return policy below. Please reference your order number when contacting us.

The product must not be damaged and should be in good working condition. The merchandise should be returned in its original packaging.   

Our return process is simple:

  1. For U.S. customers, we will provide you a return label for a faster refund and an easy way to track your return.
  2. Once we receive your package, we will inspect it to make sure it qualifies for return or is defective. This may take up to one week.
  3. A $3.99 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the shipping postage. If you do not want us to deduct this charge, you are welcome to use your own shipping label. 

Please allow at least 1 week for us to process your refund. 

Breast Pump Return Policy:

To be eligible for a return and full refund, your item must be in brand new condition, unused, AND THE FACTORY SEAL MUST NOT BE TAMPERED WITH OR BROKEN. It must also be in the original packaging. 

If the factory seal on any unused product is broken, there will be a 20% restocking fee followed by a complete and thorough inspection. If your pump has been used, we will send it back to you, as we do not accept returns on any used breast pumps.


If the product is defective, we offer a 1 year warranty and will help provide a replacement and shipping in the U.S. free of charge with proof of purchase. For international customers we provide a free replacement, however shipping costs are not included. If we have a distributor or reseller in or near your country we will try to arrange for the replacement directly from there to minimize time and cost.

Amazon Warranty Policy: 

LaVie strives to ensure the quality and support that you deserve. In order for us to do so, we closely monitor where we sell and the authorized sellers we sell to. LaVie will only honor warranty with valid proof of purchase from LaVie Mom on amazon directly. If you purchase from any other amazon seller, we cannot ensure the quality and where the product came from, thus we cannot cover it under our warranty.
